The only small camera with IS I know of is the Canon SD700. I got one about a month and a half ago. It Rocks! It goes for about $499, but I got it on sale for $465.

This is a really good camera for something so small. It can fit into your pocket and the picture quality is good. I've had it for two years and have had no problems with it. It was worth the money I paid for it.
