There are many different ways to migrate from US to UK.

If you have qualifications / work experience in a highly skilled occupation you may be eligible for the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme visa.

If you have a job offer a work permit may be an option. There are also spouse visas and other family sponsored visas.

If you would like an assessment you can email me your CV - answers@visalogic.net

you'll choose a tier a million or tier 2 visa. in case you are able to get that, you are able to bypass to the united kingdom. Now your little ones are a distinct tale. except you've everlasting sole custody, and the daddy isn't in touch by any means, structure, sort or vogue, nor does he pay baby help...you've a shot at getting a visa for them. If the daddy is contained in the photo in any respect, you'll both might want to strip him of his parental rights, or have him signal court docket papers giving permission for the little ones to bypass and stay contained in the united kingdom. with out that, the little ones should not be issued a visa.
