Depends on the woofer. I can not imagine ever needing more bass than a single 13W7 can produce. Then again, when I see people driving around with their windows down, and all I can hear is bass I always frown upon that. What is the point of listening to music if all you can hear is the LFE?

either get 1 fifteen or two 12's. small trunk or no doesn't matter unless you are using a free air sub. assuming you're getting an enclosure with your subs, all that really matters is that you have enough room in there to put them in.

the number of subs arent the main issue. you can have one and still outbass someone with 2 or four. It all depends on the quality of the subwoofer and the quality of the installation. Factors to condider are the enclosure, sub efficency and the right wattage.

depends on ,1 the box(big factor),2 the amp, 3 the sub , 4 the car, and most important your idea of enough, in my opinion 2 isnt enough

depends on the size of your subs and how many watts your amp puts out.

if you get a pioneer SPL5000 it will be loud no matter where yuo put it. its the loudest sub on the market.
