Why do we as humans feel like we are so superior to every animal? we kill cows all the time and the only people who complain are vegetarians. so if people dont have a problem with killing a living creature, why do people care about killing an unborn embryo? If anything, a living cow should take precedence over the unborn embryo. We are animals as well, animals that are killing ourselves and our planet, but still animals. Dont start the religious thing saying were superior because there are plenty of rapists and murderers too. Stem cells are the future of science and cold help save many lives, and since there is a 16 cell organism growing without organs or form, it should not be killed for the betterment of society because it will eventually take the shape of a person?

what do you think?

So maybe we should do stem calf cell research?

Women have abortions. I don't care about your right-wing beliefs THEY HAVE ABORTIONS. Now if the babies are dead after being REMOVED from the womb, why is it wrong to take a ALREADY DEAD thing and save a LIFE. If a person DIES in a car accident, why shouldn't his organs be used for the LIVING.

From the moment you conceive the child, it is alive and can feel. This has been proven. I don't care what anyone says. That is a BABY you are talking about. If it can help science and cure diseases, fine. That would be wonderful. But it is dangerous to the unborn child and until they can harvest the stem cells from the unborn child without endangering it, it should be illegal. This is called murder. You say that we are not all equal because of rapists and murderers, well what do you think you are doing? You are MURDERING an unborn child that cannot protect itself!

"If anything, a living cow should take precedence over the unborn embryo." WHAT?!?!

An unborn baby (even only 16 cells) IS alive. Certainly a cow is not more valuable than a human life!

I feel it should be the choice of the person giving the embryo. Not the government.Who besides us gives the government the right to do anything, when they don't leave their office's long enough to see whats happening in the real world anyway? They will argue over this till one of them gets sick and needs stem cell's to get better, then it will be alright to do it.Until then, people like my sister who have MS,my mom who has cancer, and others like them will suffer and try to figure out how to pay for what health care they get now or loose everything they've worked for to pay the already over paid doctors.

Stem cells shouldn't be messed with. We should just leave them alone- not doing research or anything. All these scientists are trying to play and replace God.
