The Bible teaches us to keep our eyes on Israel. Israel will be attacked by her enemies but they will be destroyed supernaturally. This happens before the Rapture of the Church. Keep in mind, the "church" means body of Christ, lovers and believers in Jesus Christ. It is not refering to a building. Thousands and thousands of people will vanish in the blink of an eye. It's like the parable of the two women in the field. One gets taken in the blink of an eye with the other left behind.

It is this event that will cause the world to want to find an answer. Everything from alternate dementions to terroists attacks will be blamed. Every believer in Christ will be gone as well as children who are too young to make that decision. This event will send the world into confustion and chaos, demanding answers. The antichrist will then rise up to provide that answer and, in turn, get people to faithfully follow him. Think about it logically for a moment. If you are hurting badly, you are going to be vulnerable and suseptable (spelling) to the first answer you get.

The antichrist will institute a false peace. Asking all nations to disarm and unite under his "faith" for the sake of world peace. Groups of people will resist him and he will have to make everyone receive a mark. Without this mark you cannot buy or sell anything. He will break his treaty will after only 3 or 31/2 years. In that time he will have rebuilt the temple in Jerusalem and offer himself up as the only true god. By then he will have performed so many "miraculous" things people will naturally believe him because, afterall, seeing is believeing, right?

Anyway, that is a basic run down. There is a lot more to it. I highly recommend you watch the "Left Behind" series as everything is fully understood. These are actual movies and not just documentaries. They give a pretty accurate description of the end times and what should happen. You can rent them at any Blockbuster.

Hope this has answered your question a little more...

Everything has a beginning and a end. We are getting closer to the end of time as know it day by day. All this is part of God's plan to reward those who have chosen him and Jesus Christ; to defeat Satan and his demons; punish all those who have rejected Christ along with the devil, anti-christ, the false prophet and his demons in the lake of fire or hell; Jesus will return to setup his kingdom to rule the earth fever.

The saved persons dead and living must first be taken or raptured into heaven to meet Jesus. The saved will avoid the next seven terrible years of the Tribulation, where Satan, anti-Christ, the false prophet will fool the entire world think he is Christ.

The earth will suffer God's rage for those who rejected the gospel, did not believe in the Supreme Being, taken the mark or those left behind to finally forced to chose who they will serve.

The natural disasters going on today is just a preview of how much worse it will get!!!

Read revelations and make notes.

I don't want to spread fear but I made notes on the book of revelations 20 years ago and I see many of the events unfolding now to be very frightening. Not all of my notes have come to fruition (I also don't claim to be a man of the cloth or any kind of prophet for that matter) however I feel the book of revelations to be a warning and should we not heed the warning then the end times may well be.

Since you know about the anti-christ and apparently read the Bible I will assume you are a Christian.

Therefore, even if this is the "End of Days" (I personally believe we still have at least a good decade left) you don't need to worry about it....

i don't know about the bible...but possibly....all though this is really a continuation of world war one....after WWI the ottoman empire was split up to closely what exists in the middle east today...despite what cultural differences existed...then after WWII (which was also a continuation WWI - widely accepted) Israel was portioned out...so without going into all the details..were still fighting the "war to end all wars"

This could very much excalate into ww3. If Iran gets involved then the US will definitely defend Israel, and if that happens then Russia and China will back Iran. So there we go into the Great Tribulation.
Rev 6:4 And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.

The Bible is pretty vague about the timing of the End....it talks about signs....but also says that noone can foretell the coming of the End...besides...people have been screaming, "The End is NEAR!" for hundreds, if not thousands of years throughout history.
My vote: Kill `em all--let the worms sort them out!

maybe...if Israel pisses of Syria and Iran the war may escalade into something much bigger. Syrian and Iran hate israel and they are waiting for thier chance to wipe them off the map. If this happens the the U.S might get involved then who knows....let us pray and trust in God.
read revelations and the gospels. peace.
