There are 613 laws given by G-d at Sinai, not just ten. If you would like I can list all of them.

Feeling a little persecuted today?

Mat 22:36 "Teacher, which commandment in the law is the greatest?"
Mat 22:37 He said to him, "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.
Mat 22:38 This is the greatest and most important commandment.
Mat 22:39 The second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself.
Mat 22:40 All the Law and the Prophets depend on these two commandments."

The old testament laws were given to the children of Israel as a way of keeping themselves separate and holy before God while sojourning and while living amidst the pagan peoples.

It does not, to my knowledge , state in the New Testament any laws to obey other than the ten commandments that were given to Moses.

Of course, I could be wrong .....

it doesn't say which ones to obey and which ones not to specifically, but some were repeated in the new testament, so they just generally throw out anything that isn't in the new testament. and some stuff that is only in the new testament, for instance women aren't allowed to have short hair and men aren't allowed to have long hair 1 Corinthians 11. but hardly anyone thinks of that as God's law
so they all just basically pick and choose, which is fine with me, but when people start to say what they picked and chose is better then what another person picked and chose is when it starts getting hypocritical

obviously, you have a problem with the Bible, and all of it's "laws". Though God tells us what not to do he tells us what we can do. "The word shall make you free, and you shall be free indead" (KJV). You will have peace in your heart if you use the laws of the bible as guidlines for living your life on a daily basis. No one is perfect, and we all are sinners and do bad things, but just keep asking forgivness. God forgives.

Matthew 5:17-18 New King James Version

17 “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. 18 For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.

All is fulfilled with his death.

i have self belief catholics are Christian considering they settle for Jesus Christ! My mum is catholic and she or he has a very large kin compared to my dad so maximum my kin is catholic. i'm a non-denominational Christian and replaced into pondering growing to be catholic yet then i realized staying non-denominational is the superb for me.
