Logic states that if 4 plus 4 is 44, then 0 plus o is 0o.
If numeric 4+4=44
Then Alpha-Numeric 0+o=0o
In the same equation D+d=Dd
C+b=Cb
1+A=1A
1+b=1b
and so on

0, if we are somehow adding 4 and 4 and getting 44, then I assume we are adding a 4 in the 10s column (40) plus a 4 in the 1s column (4), so 0 tens plus 0 ones equals 0

That's odd, because when I went to school, four plus four equaled eight. But to answer your question, zero plus zero is still zero. If you want it written numerically, it's 00. I hope this was helpful to you, although I have to admit that I don't really understand where you're going with this question.
