Brazil is not a Caribbean island...Trinidad is 41% populated by Indians who are normally small..and 40% populated by African descendants which can average..so maybe Jamaica because its mostly Africans there..Trinidad was the home of the Carib Indians which were very small people..Trinidad also have a lot of Chinese and french.who are also normally small...its is a very diverse country... Best time to visit is Carnival time..
