i have a round face with long black hair upto my mid back and a tanned complexion.......i have a heavy set figure and a medium neck......i was thinkin of colouring my hair s well..............what hairstyle will suit me best and which hair-colour do i look for? 10 pts for the most effective answer!

Try a long layered cut and color it to a medium golden brown. You can work your way lighter, but this will perk up your appearance immediately. Feria's color system is great, I think they call this shade Brazilian Brown. You could also go for a light golden brown which is like a brown sugar shade, but I think it might be too much change for you. Color your hair before you have it cut so that they can really get a feel for the changes you want to make. If they do a face frame in the cut, have them cut the front to your lip level and taper down and back. That will give you more definition around your face and cut down on the roundness.

Get a cut that will add height to your hair I am not saying get it cut short just gain some height on top,personally I love black hair may be just add a few high lights of a deep burgundy,hope this helps

Get long layers, they will elongate your face shape. Highlights, go for up to only 2 shades lighter than your natural color. You want subtle, not crazy looking.
