Hi there...lekker is a word that is used when eating which means "yummy" and ding means "thing" so, they usually mean it in a very nice complementary way...nothing bad, just like "Hey good looking"

"lekker" = great, or awesome.

I think (I'm not that good at Dutch) that it means "a really awesome thing".
