Red flags?
1) Being too clingy too fast,
2) Jealousy of other women,
3) Constantly tearing others apart for how they dress or who they are with,
4) Quick tempers,
5) Too many phone calls (especially early on),
6) Never volunteers to pay for anything (doesn't mean I'll let them),
7) Wants all my waking moments,
8) Lack of emotional security (that can be worked with sometimes),
9) Doesn't like kids, and
10) Doesn't like me seeing my friends.
11) Doesn't know how to control her PMS

How's that for starters? =>

I don't think any girl I really wanted and who wanted to be with me has pushed me away. Here are a few things some girls did that let me know they weren't right for me:

1. Emotional breakdowns in front of me before we knew each other.

2. Extreme pickiness, neediness, whining, complaining, putting people down, princess behavior.

3. Being crude, crass, and uncouth -- like a truck driver.

4. La-la land, carrying a little dog everywhere, fantasy world.

5. Saying she loves me on the first date (unless I'm feeling the same). Do we have a stalker?

6. Being extremely sexually aggressive. I'm kinda shy.

7. Signs of jealousy or trying too hard to make me jealous.

8. Getting too drunk, drugged out, strung out.

9. Flakiness, being unreliable. Standing me up, cancelling dates, being way late too many times. Forgetting promises.

10. Being easily offended and fighting with me about things. Insecurity.

The two big things for me was whining or throwing a tantrum when they don't get their way, and trying to mold me into something I am not. I am not saying I don't have room for improvement, mind you. But, as Popeye would say, "I am what I am, and that is all that I am" and, as I try to accept people for who they are, I expect the same courtesy shown to me in return.

She started an argument with me, and it seemed like she was trying to push me away. I was mystified at what was going on. I found out later that she'd met another guy and was indeed pushing me out. Shucks, I wish she'd just told me that she'd met another guy.
