Is stem cell research part of biotechnology?

If not which part of science or what kind of scientist deal with it?

No. Well not yet. It could become that way in the future. If Scientist can fin a way to manipulate a stem cell into growing whatever...say, a bio-enhanced microchip then sure. Other than that though. No.

Biotechnology is what you might use to do stem cell research. Stem cell research would be more accurately described as cell biology, or molecular biology. :)
