Be sympathetic to what is going on in her life. No woman enjoys being on her period and she certainly doesn't mean to be moody. Be patient and remember it only lasts 5-7 days.

Be as compassionate and caring as you can. Cramps, moods they all go with being a woman. If you are wanting to have sex and so does she, tell her to get a comestic sponge like the small ones used for a womans face and put it in. Good Luck...

How sweet of you Shadi to be concerned about her. First I would suggest to you:
1) Get out of her way!
2) Don't take any mood swings personally
3) Bring her CHOCOLATE!

My husband knows not to take the attitude personally. He just let's nature take it's course and ultimately he is greatly rewarded by me for his patience and understanding.

Just try to be understanding if she is moody. Much of it is simply hormones doing crazy things.

Be understanding and don't tell her she's being moody. Just try to ignore the outbreaks and be nice to her.
