No - Allah should not bless George Bush. Why? Because I don't like him. But other people do like him. So maybe - Yes.

Allah lead to death and distruction. So I pray that Allah would not bless George Bush or America. Also Allah cannot bless anyone or anything in that Allah is a false god.
