I love 'em for breakfast. I cook them in their broth, add an egg (or egg whites) to poach, and put them in a bowl with some kim chee. I'm not even Asian, but this is one of my favorite breakfasts. I understand noodles are a common breakfast food. Kim chee is a hot pickled cabbage from Korea and can be purchased in most any Asian grocery. It's also great on sandwiches and burgers.

I like the chicken flavor. Yeah, they are really cheap. I ate a lot of those back in college. I wouldn't call them gourmet though!

my 13 year old son loves them he experiments by adding different types of seasoning to them after cooking them i eat a lot of the smart ones dinners by weight watchers they are wonderful espically the spicy szechuan style vegetables and chicken
