The only first lesson I can give is: maybe you meant Adobe, and not adop, Photoshop.
Advice: start playing with it; make copies of your photos/images and then play with them. After a while you will start to see how some real work can be done!

Many colleges offer courses in photoshop. I took 3 years of it, and I still have a lot to learn. It's a lot of fun and you can do some really cool stuff on it. Adobe offers books with tutorials. Get one of those.
