Run and eat smart. Only have carbs in the morning and the rest of the day try to only have fruits and veggies. Also, incorporate as much fiber as possible. Exercise is key tho so make sure you're burning more than your taking in and you'll shed like lightening!

Get a colon flush. Some people have nearly 30 lbs. of waste stuck the the lining of their colon. Seriously. Not too common, though.

Trimlife is an herbal supplement diet pill that has worked for me to suppress appetite.

Get a book called Yoga for Weight Loss and follow its diet. It is pretty hard core and will help detox your system (even if you don't go for the yoga part). Good psychological info, too.

Make sure that in your efforts to lose weight that you develop new, healthy eating habits and an exercise routine. In the end, you may lose some weight fast, but to keep any of it off, you have to eat healthy and exercise and end those bad habits that got you overweight to begin with.

Also, cardiovascular exercise is good for losing weight, but don't forget to pack on some muscle. Muscle needs to burn energy to live, so the more muscle you have, the more energy (fat) you will burn. Abs Diet - great book on nutrition and exercise, not just for your abs.

If you only care about losing weight fast, then you will never look good in the long run. Exercise, exercise, exercise. Not only will you lose weight fast, but you'll get into good habits to keep it off. Other than that, eat less and eat better. Pay attention to one thing, calories, count them, memorize them, dream about them. Only by mastering what you put into your body can you truly have control over how it looks.

Yogurt is a good filler that will make you full, but not fat. 80 calories for Dannon light.

Fruit will also fill you up, and an apple is only about 60 calories.

Lay off the junk food though, no cookies, crackers etc.

And remember, the hungrier you make yourself, the more you will obsess about food, and the more likely you will be to break your diet. So don't forbid yourself anything, just eat less!!!!! Keep your calorie count to around 1500 a day, and exercise, exercise, exercise!!!!

It hasn't been fast, but I've been doing Weight Watchers, and I've lost 39 pounds in about 4 months. It's been amazing.

Watch out for fad diets. It doesn't do you any good to lose weight for a couple of weeks if you can't maintain the weight loss.

You need a program that you can follow for life, because in order to lose weight successfully, you have to expend more calories than you consume. If you are eating more than you expend in a day, you will gain weight. So find a diet and excercise combination that works for you, and keep doing it.

In the end, its about long-term benefit, not just short term weight loss goals.

I lost 30 lbs in two months. I went to my doctor and talked to her. I told her that I wanted to lost about 60 lbs, (she agreed that I needed to lose at least 40-50 to put me at a good weight, but not an anorxic looking weight.) She prescribed an appetite supressant, told me to eat only 1200 calories a day, and to exersize a minimum of 30 minutes three times a week. The appetite suppressant will NOT make you lose weight, but it does help with cravings, and you don't feel super hungry all the time.
I did what she said, I eat lots of fruits and veggies, not much sugar, and NO sodas. I have now lost 46 lbs, and I am maintaining it well!

Heather, I lost 95 lbs in 8 months, losing weight fast is not a bad thing if you use the right plan. I used a plan called Shapewroks, I have kept my weight off for over 4 years now. Here is a website where I got it from: www.loseweightnow.com/tfward

step up the water intake and fast and excessive...
but if you lose it by fasting your chances of gaining it back and then some are high!!!!
the Atkins diet works great but you have to stick to it
no carbs at all no sugar, no bread, no corn etc.
then after you get the 30 lbs off switch to the south beach diet for the rest of your life
south beach is way easier to stick to than Atkins and you wont gain the weight back like you would if you just stopped the Atkins
plus the Atkins diet can raise your cholesterol so switch to south beach once your skinny
p.s. when on the Atkins diet...don't go to crazy with the bacon and burgers instead lots of dark veggies and chicken breasts, and white fish and stuff like that

Have a baby. LOL
I lost 48 lbs in 6 months - size 14 to size 6.
I only eat when I am hungry - no standard meals. I am amazed how often I ate because some else said let's do lunch or dinner.
I never take home doggy bags from restaurants & I only eat until I am full.
It is crazy but it works. We eat 3 times what our parents & grandparents ate.

I lost the most weight using these two products. The two products that worked best for me were LIPODRENE and STACK.

Lipodrene is the strongest diet pill without a prescription. STACK is new, but becoming very popular. People using STACK lose about a pound a day!!!

Count your daily calories and use this to determine your resting Metabolism. So just make sure you burn more then you take in.
to lose that 30 pounds of fat you need to burn 105,000 calories. So at 500 calories a work out you could do it in 21 days. However you would need to eat less calories then your metabolism number says.

Harris-Benedict formula
Men: 66 + (6.3 X weight in lbs) + (12.9 X height in inches) - (6.8 X age in years)

Women: 655 + (4.3 X weight in lbs.) + (4.7 X height in inches) - (4.7 X age in years).
