Dude... your worrying about the wrong thing.... you should ask what do i do when i ask a girl out and she says YES>>>>

first dont straight up ask her out.... ask for her number first..
when you do that most of them that would have said no will do one of two thing...
polite women will say.. i actually am seeing someone right now...
to this i respond.. well tell him hes a lucky man.... and that i hate him.-- it always makes them laugh or at least smile and you look as good as you possibly can (ive actually had a few retract the statement with, well i can date other people as well- to which i go for the kill)

bitchy ones will fumble around with excuses and you can tell within about 3 seconds if she is going to give you a no... to which i give a bitchy responce of.... (interupting them cause i dont care how they just broke there phone or whatever) ya know ... your really not impressing me anymore... but you have a good night anyway..... WOW this puts them there.... where they just had me ya know....

just dont worry about it...

This is normal. Sometimes the girl is just playing a game. Sometimes she really means no. It's not up to you to figure out which one she's doing.

Just move on to the next one. It's her loss.

Is her lost if she does not want to give you a chance. Don't insist because that just makes you seem desperate. Keep it cool, and look for another girl that may be worth your time

Every guy faces this sort of rejection at one time or another. If she said no, then no big deal. Ask another one out.

Take no as no, and move on. Sucks, but if she said no, it's better than getting caught up in it. Spend your time finding someone who will say yes. Good Luck.

Just, let her get to know you better. Maybe if she ends up liking you, shell ask you out

Hard to say.
Just a general/vague no/lame excuse: not interested.
Genuine disappointment/real time conflict: interested but can't make it, try again.
Rain check/another suggestion: she likes you at least, but maybe not what you're inviting her to do.
That help? =]

You're young, move on,
she is probably young to
you have interest in her, but unfortunately she has no interest in you.
Go ask another girl.

Also it depends on how you asked her
