how fast is hinduism growing? is it the only religion fit for modern,liberal, thinking and rational man?

I think most of the eastern religions (Hinduism, Buddhism especially) can coexist with rationality.

Well, the caste system isn't really liberal. Neither is sati. But abstracting Vendanta philosophy from Hinduism is cool.
