The baby is pushing downward...the pressure is probably causing the cramping pains in your thighs. Sounds to me like you're ready to have that baby. Congrats and good luck!

Not during labor but defiantly towards the end specially if it's not your first pregnancy. Its the baby's head putting pressure or rubbing against the pelvic bone getting ready for the big day also the baby's running out of room. Good Luck!

This happened to me in the weeks leading up to labor. I was told that this is your body getting ready to give birth. You seem ready any time now. Labor pains are big cramps in the abdomen that take over your body. You'll know it when you see it. Good luck.

All the muscles in your body are connected. It sounds like your body is getting ready for labour. You might want to call your Dr if it continues, so you can go in for an exam

yes get to the hospital you may feel like you have to poop, sorry gross I know, and you might feel a sharp pain in the back.
