Only if you are multi-orgasmic. Understand that She-Males are men who are going through the processs of becoming a woman but still have the "factory eqipment". As long as they still have the original equipment then it's possible to to have an orgasm. If it's been removed then no. Orgasm cannot be achieved.
Once the operation has been completed that person is a Trans-Sexual. Or a woman, as they prefer.
Hermaphrodite is a person, or animal, having both sexual organs. In that respect I do not know. Good question, though.
