It is ok to use tampons make sure you use a brand that is specific to teens or young girls. Just make sure your daughter knows about toxic shock syndrome!! Google it because she needs to understand how important it is to change her tampon every couple hours!!

wait untill you get older but if you want to do go ahead its your choice i used pads for the first few times and then i went and started using tampons

a few weeks back i might have said it was okay... but after reading a report in a magazine about the fibers that are left behind in the vagina after tampon use,,, i think pre-teens should not use tampons....

Yes. I would use the smaller ones though made epescially for your body size. The boxes will usually say something to the effect of "small", "for teens" or "first timers".
Have your mom or an older woman help you if you aren't sure.

I woould wait if I were you. They are still sometimes uncomfortable and I'm 23....I still like to use pads over tampons anyway..unless I'm swimming or really need to wear one e.g. long drives

No, its best that 10 year old's wear pads.......
I you wear a tampon its going to hurt you......different brands have their own size of regular.......

you shouldnt, if you had you period you should use pads. wait till your older to use tampons
