If you are seriously suffering from depression just because you aren't getting your way, then you are in for a rough life. I have suffered from depression my entire life and trust me, none of it is/was linked to not getting my way. Mine stems from years of abuse, years of living on the streets and eating out of garbage cans--all of which started before the age of 3. The word "depression" has become one of those words that people now use when things aren't going 100% their way. Life isn't fair.
Try to look at the situation as a mature, rational individual. I have lived in California my entire life. California and New York tie for the most expensive places to live. Unlike what the T.V. shows say, it's not just "all fun in the sun". The average 1 bedroom apartment would run you about $1,000 a month--not including utilities. Jobs are getting harder and harder to find.
When you grow up, you may move here if you wish. Until then, enjoy the fact that your Mother is providing all your needs for you. She is putting a roof over your head, clothes on your back, food in your stomach, paying for any and all of your medical needs, and providing a safe and loving environment.
Instead of acting like a spoiled brat, why don't you thank her for providing all of those things. Tell her that you understand that although she would love to give you the sun and the moon that what she is giving is enough.

I live in California and trust me it's not it's cracked up to be. It's hotter than hell 100 degrees + right now! It's way overcrowded so it takes you for ever to get anywhere cause you'll be stuck in traffic for ever while trying to get there. Your mom probably doesn't want to move here because it's ridiculously expensive to live here. Gas is way high and so is the cost of rent. If you really want to move, just wait till your old enough to move out on your own, but start saving your money now cause you'll be paying over $1,000 per month for an apartment

Then I guess you're not going, are you?
Seriously, I grew up there, it's no different than living anywhere else. People really over rate the state anyway. You don't want to live there.
When you turn 16, get a job and start saving, when you're 18 you'll have enough money to spread your wings and fly.
Either that or after you graduate high school, apply for colleges there.

Why do you want to move to california? Is it just because those stupid shows on MTV? Go on the interenet look for a home in Cali where it's a good neighborhood and show it to your mom, then call the ambulance because she will faint just cause' of the price.

Trust me little one, you don't want to live in California! Your mom can''t just move to wherever you want to move to! She has responsibilities. And just for the record ... I am a native Californian and I am moving to Texas so I can get the heck out of California!!!

Hey, grow up and get over it. Once you are of legal age if you still want to move to California go.
Quit acting like a whiny brat, your mother supports you and it is not easy to pack up, leave your job etc and relocate and start over.
