dont get too picky with carbs. Get picky with how many calories a meal at mcdonalds get. A big mac with a large soda and fries can go up to 1000 calories. thats because of all the fat it has.
1 g of carbs= 4 cals
1g of protein=4 cals
1 g of fat = 9 cals

First of all, if you're eating at McDonalds carbs shouldn't be your #1 health concern.
But yes, McDonalds food is usually packed with carbs (along with sodium, fat...)
