Well, first you would need the hip flexors, which are illiacus and psoas major, then you would need the knee extensors, so the rectus femoris, and the medial, lateral and intermediate vastus muscles (that make up the quad), then you would probably need the dorsiflexor, so the tibialis anterior.

Long list:hip flexors,quadriceps,gluteous maximus and minimus,lower abdominals,gastrocnemecus,soleus,spinal erectors (mostly for drawing the kick back)hamstrings(again drawing the kick back after throwing it).I somehow think you'd like more info than just what muscles are involved.You can send me a message if you like.
