when my husband proposed, he picked me up in a limo and took me to dinner, after dinner we were pick up by a horse drawn carriage and took a ride down by the waterfront of the Ohio River. We walked to the Belveider (where we had our first kiss) and he proposed to me there. Afterwards, he took me to a hotel, where he had candles and rose petals everywhere, and a hot tub full of bubbles. It was so romantic.

try flowers and chocolate
then romantic dinner
and buy a ring and tell the chef to put the ring in the desert
that would be so romantic
watch her, make sure she doesn't choke on the ring
she wouldn't want to recieve the ring the wrong way
when she finds the ring, take her hand and say "You are the only one I want to spend my life with. Will you marry me?"
don't spill anything before she finds the ring

Well a good start would be telling her how you feel about her . Or unless you want it to be a spontaneous thing but do it some where romantic that setts the mood.Just say i really love and i want to spend the rest of my life with you will you marry me?

Just go up to her and say something like "Hey, you know that we've been together for a while now, right? And we've been through a lot together. But, um...I was wondering if, you know, maybe.....Would you marry me?"
That would get me in a heart beat!

make it so romantic if you guys leave together...put some rose petal on her way to go to the table with roses on the top and wines....tell her to close her eyes and ask her what she wants to wish in your relationship something like that..if she answer she wants to get married and simple put the ring to her finger. kiss her

take her on a real romantic evening, nothing too crazy, just maybe a moonlit picnic on the beach, or maybe take her on a hotair balloon, something that you can tell your grandkids about! and just simply ask "will you do me the honor of becoming my wife?", or just "will you marry me?

take her to a romantic restauraunt and have a dozen roses and hide the engagement ring in her desert or in the roses and say _______ i would like to spend the rest of my life with you and would you please marry me

how old are you? if you are under UNDER 29 years old, you should be listening to THE PROFESSOR TOM LEYKIS instead of thinkin about getting married....
