-Hey guys, i was just wondering if their are any special exercises that can help me lose the fat on my arms, its kinda embarressing...easy exercises pleez and maybe if u could explain how. all would be appreciated..thanks

There is no way to lose fat in one particular spot. If you want to lose fat you need to do some cariovascular exercise like dancing around, riding a bike, or playing basketball. If you want to build some muscle in your arms doing bicep curls is one of the easiest, dips will give you good muscle for the backs of your arms. Almost any way you move your arms using extra weight will build up the muscles.

I used to watch Corey Everson's show in the morning. It was body building and kind of silly but she would always give a little one line tip and some of them were pure gold.

My favorite is: "You can spot tone but you can NOT spot reduce."

What does that mean? It mean you can target specific muscles but you can NOT target specific fat. If you think about how your body works, this makes perfect sense. When you exercise, you work muscles, not fat. Your body burns fat as it sees fit so exercising your arms does not burn arm fat specifically.

The bottom line is that to lose fat anywhere, you have to lose weight in general.

Lift things!!! Get two milk jugs and fill them with water then just sit and lift for about 30 minutes a day. In a months time you will notice the difference.

cardio cardio cardio!!!!!!!! and lift weights....its not hard since you said only easy
