If she isn't ready to kiss you, don't make her. That will only push her away more. When she is comfortable with you and feels respected by you, she will be more willing to kiss you.
You should never compare your relationship to your friend's.
Why did you start dating her in the first place... because she is pretty or funny? Enjoy those things about your girlfriend, and the rest will come naturally.

first off dont force her....and maybe get her alone...like really alone just not pulled off to the side and then ask her if you can have a kiss and if she says no leave it at that...and if she says yes do your thing.
