well, if you're at work and didn't prepare anything... go to subway, or a similar place, and get one of their subs. even the veggie sub with a good dressing will be filling. just because you go somewhere and eat a salad won't prove to be healthy... lots of additives and dressings pack on extra calories that you don't need. just think twice what's going on it before making your decision.
[side note: make sure you don't eat too much protein in this beastly heat... it takes longer to digest in your system and ultimately makes you hotter... stick to fruits and veggies until it cools down.]
if you have a chance to prepare things (and this is slightly contradictory to my side note, but bear with me...), look into mini pizzas. bring in a whole wheat english muffin, some spaghetti sauce (just plain... low fat, or low salt), and some low-fat mozzarella (the sargento brand is very good). it makes two pizzas and with some water, is pretty filling.
enjoy your lunch, whatever you choose!

Near me there are only faster-food establishments, out of those possibilities I think healthy would be a salad from Quiznos or a Teriyaki Chicken bowl down the street.
