That happens to me too...Its when you wipe, you move you eye out the socket and the eye fluids are all squishing around and that noise just happens.......

Becuase of the liquid (tears) in your eyes. Its not a good idea to do that though, your fingers are always dirty and eye infections are easy to get this way. Careful.
