Is yoga originated from india, or is it from Butan or Nepal? And does it help cure cholestrol?

i am having a bit of cholestrol problem , and was wondering if youga can help.

Yes it originated in India

I don't think yoga can cure you of cholestrol problems. There are yoga exercises to strengthen your heart, you could learn those from a good yoga class.
