Can people with chronic anxiety have a heart attack and stroke too?

Yes! They can indeed! Chronic anxiety causes hypertension, which in turn causes heart attack and stroke (among other things).

Not from the anxiety. They are subject to the same illnesses as everyone else, though. Therefore they can have heart attacks and strokes.

Its a combined efford but yes it can if it goes untreated. There is things you can do to lower your anxiety levels.
