Remember this, violence is the last straw of a desperate person! Perhaps you should consider why your girl feels she CANNOT communicate with you. Maybe you are too drunk to listen or comprehend her needs. Alcoholism is a disease, FYI. Get help.

2 big problems- driving drunk and physical abuse in a relationship. Ditch both unless she was hitting you for driving drunk- as you would have deserved. Its one thing for you to endanger yourself, but don't endanger me. You want to hurt yourself? jump off a cliff or something, but leave the rest of the people out there on the road safe...
