I am crazy for the Food Network.
Alton Brown, host of Good Eats is my favorite. I love learning about why things work the way they do, and I also love the humorous pop-culture references in his show.
I have both of his cookbooks, and I know that his recipes are always going to turn out great.

I also like Mario Batali and Rachel Ray.

I think Rachael Ray is great- she's a hottie too. But- I really enjoy Alton Brown- probably because I like learning about the food, not just learning how to cook it. He does an excellent job explaining all the science behind preparing foods, the chemical reactions that take place, etc, and I feel smarter after I watch Good Eats!

Well no one in particular. I love IRON CHEF although I am disappointed that they now only show the American version. The Japanese used to cook up some really cooky things. Including TURTLE and EEL.

But if I had to pick, Bobby Flay or Mark Summers in that show that tells how things are made.

Rachel Ray by far. She seems to enjoy herself in the kitchen and always has a big smile on her face. She's the reason I started watching that channel.

I like Mario, he makes such great dishes.
I also used to like David Rosengarten (sp?), I think he's some sort of an executive at the network now.
