This veggie pizza is always a hit.
INGREDIENTS:
1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg ranch dry salad dressing
any veggies you want
1 cup fresh broccoli flowerets, chopped
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1/3 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup ripe olives (optional)
PREPARATION:
Unroll both packages of rolls and form into a 12-inch square on a lightly greased baking sheet. Press edges and perforations to seal. Bake at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes; cool. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and salad dressing mix; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth and well blended.
I love this recipe... it is sooooo gooood!

Shrimp cocktail is very easy and nice for a summer day
Go to the store and get the precooked jumbo shrimps (cleaned and shelled). Thaw in fridge for at least 3 hours or the night before.
Get a jar of cocktail sauce and some lemons
On a platter add some crushed ice, add lettuce leaves to garnish, add the shrimp. Add sliced lemon wedges around the platter. Put a bowl of the sauce in the middle and people can help themselves.

get some egg roll wrappers and put whatever you want in them and fry them up - very quick to fry and very easy to make if you have leftover meat you want to use up. Great with chicken and cabbage and carrots.
