i want to get good job but i am not prepared for the interviews and tests right now should i keep applying for jobs until my result is declared or any suggestions

It depends on what tests you need. If it is a civil service exam, take the test and then apply, Otherwise, I say apply now, but work as hard as you can to get your skills up to where they need to be to make the likelihood of being offered a position more likely.

Go back to school and learn to write in English. Perhaps you could handle a tech job but nothing that would involve writing or speaking.
