you can compress it
right click on the mp3
click properties
click advanced
then put a check mark in the compress spot

An MP3 file is a COMPRESSED version of a CD audio file. You can control the compression algorithim, but it will be at the loss of quality, the more ageesively you chose to compress the file.

u cant really make a mp3 smaller since its already a rather compressed file.
u could try and put the file into something like winzip and use max compression. or rip parts of the mp3 out.

Encode it at a lower bit rate - of course the sound quality will suffer....

well so far as i know, only if you have windows media player... but you'd have to convert it to wma, i think...
