Me and my girlfriend broke up 1 year ago on kinda bad terms. we have tryed to work things out a couple of time but it doesnt work anyway she has a bunch of my stuff at her friends house and she delays on getting me back my stuff its like she doesnt want to let go

That's exactly it she's not ready to let go. And this way you have to keep calling her for your stuff back. It's a control issue. As long as you keep letting her have that control and playing her game she's going to continue doing it.
Do you really even want your stuff back or an excuse to call her?
If it just small petty things just leave it alone and go about your life.

sounds to me like she is not totally ready to let go of the past you guys had together. it is almost like if she has your belongings it is an open door that the two of you share. perhaps somewhere down the road she has hopes of reconciling your differences. this is just my past experience with ex-girlfriends. if it is stuff that you really don't need and you still want a chance with her let her have them. on the other hand if you want to end things more permanently, i would go get your things so that you no longer have any connections with her.

No hunny, its not that she doesnt want to let go its that she just wants to still have control over you, why dont you get ahold of her friend somehow and go and get it, or go to her firneds house and ask for your stuff. dont let her keep this over your head or your never going to be able to move on with your life!! either that or she has burned it all bc she was so mad when you two broke up on those "kinda" bad terms! I knwo when I found out that my ex was cheating on me I wasnt too nice about his stuff, I threw it all over the balcony of my apartment for him to come and get. so you might want to toughen up and get your **** b4 something does happen to it buddy!!

man if i were you i'd just let it go she gets to keep all the stuff that you let her borrow as reminders of what was. I mean really she isnt' going to let of your stuff. Every girl has something from all her exman's. Just let her keep the stuff it'll be a whole lot easier for you .

She probably doesn't want to let go and she figures by keeping your stuff she can have a reason to talk to you. If you can live without that stuff, then move on. Don't give her a reason to keep you hanging.

She's probaly being a *****, sounds selfish and inmature. If the stuff is not that important to you let it go, If it is and you have proof she has it take her to small claims court.

She is hurting and wants to hurt you also. It must have been a bad break up. Of course she could have thrown your stuff away.

Take her to small claims court to retrieve your stuff, or go talk to her friend and see if you can get it back.

She prob.. burned them... if you havn't gotten them back yet.. then your prob.. not going to.. you should have gotten your stuff then broke up..
