Yes, but I sympathize with them because I've never made the first move, and I'm too afraid because of the possibility of getting rejected. Guys have huge egos, and the worst thing that could happen to them is rejection, so I know how they feel. For every ONE girl that a guy approaches, there are TWNETY that the guy wants to approach, but don't. So statistically speaking on a national average, guys only approach FIVE percent of the women in which they're interested in speaking to. They have to weigh the negative and positive aspects. The whole situation is already highly negatively weighed to begin with because of their fear of rejection, so they only approach women in which they see the positives as outweighing the negatives, or something like that.

Here's a tip for you gals: Most of the time, you're WAAY too subtle! Would it kill ya to make eye contact and actually smile at a guy now & then? I know that doesn't apply to all girls, but some of you definitely need to think about it. All too often, I see women who are either oblivious to the guys around, or hiding it so well that I can't tell. For the most part, guys just aren't that subtle. Sure, we'll take chances now & then (some more than others), but we're still going to choose carefully where we take those chances.

No, if I am interested then I know he is interested so I can make the move in full confidence. If I am not interested in him then I don't have to deal with him, he can stare all he wants but I know he wont bother me by making a move.

These guys are probably shy and would think that a girl who is confident enough to approach them would be amazing.

This may sound like an odd answer ...but when you're a very attractive female it seems that a lot of men are intimidated. They won't approach you because they think your a royal bit*ch and that you won't give them the time of day. When that's probably the furthest from the truth. I find that a lot of men will stare at me but won't have the courage to say anything. If I'm interested I normally have to break the ice and from there... it's all good. My boyfriend of 3.5 years told me that if I had not spoke to him..he would have never talked to me because he assumed I wouldn't be interested or that I had a man....and he's fine as hell.

When a guy stares at you and doesn't make a move it's not because he is a pussy, it's because you have a booger sticking out or something. Next time you see a guy staring at you and not making a move wipe your nose you nasty *****. I promise you as soon as you do he will stop staring in disgust.

let me tell you, i don't usually look at girls so much and when i stare at a girl, something is wrong. and the best thing in me is when i really like a girl, i will give her a kind of warmth feeling by giving her a smile and moving my eye brow just to let her know how much i love her.

Um, yes. In that case, I just make my move on another guy (even if I am not interested in him). That makes the guy I like extremely jealous!

Yes I do. I wonder if my Mr. Right passed me by because he looked but never approached me. I guess I am old-fashioned because I feel that the man should initiate contact.
