Talk to your beautician, but be prepared - it may be that the only way to get your hair healthy again is to cut it short and re-grow it.

Deep conditioning will help, but if you have naturally frizzy hair you're gonna be in a constant battle to fight against it. Try to find a style to work with it. Otherwise there are frizz maintenance products out there like Frizz Ease, Pantene Smooth and Sleek, Ouidad, et cetera. Look for products with SILK or silicone in the title and use the night time to your benefit: tie down with gel and a scarf. Brushing causes too much static = frizz honey. Use a vent brush more than anything else. No regular brushing! Good luck.

That's what you get for using a straightener EVERY DAMN DAY!

You are absolutely crazy for straightening your hair everyday.

I have no idea what you could do to get it back to good hair. I would go and ask a salon what they would recommend.

Next time you straighten your hair, use THERMASILK Shampoo and Conditioner. It is a special product that makes it so you hair repeals heat damage. After you have straightened your hair it is extremely soft and silky.

stop using the flat iron as much as possible
let your hair air dry as much as possible
avoid washing it everyday
use an anti-frizz cream or serum (all brands have this, I like frizz-ease)
use deep conditioner once a week (i like terax, get it at sephora)

I would try using a graham webb silicone product when it's wet to smooth it out.
