handsom: is used for the men
beautiful: is for the ladies
so when i am making comparison how can i say it? example when i am pointing guy and lady can i say who is beautifyl?or who is handsom?

Keep in mind that handsome can be used to describe both men and women, as can beautiful. Generally, however, men are more handsome than women, and women are more beautiful than men.

she is better looking than him. or he is better looking than her. but we usually don't compare the looks of a man & a woman.
