i know you asked for websites, but it takes more mind power and control to sit and read a book, and yes that does help you start your motivation towards other things!

I love collagevideo.com. They have forums and a place to ask/answer questions...it's especially good for those of us that workout at home.

Yes, I love- Love -LOVE BOSU. It's so fun ...I've always wanted to be graceful, and since this forces me to do aerobics, build muscel, and get great balance ... it's the best ever.
