What you have is called an iPod Shuffle. Don't listen to the idiot telling you it's not an iPod because it is. I use to have one. When you bought it there should have been a disk that came with it to install iTunes. Just put that disk into your cd holder on your computer and follow the instructions on installing iTunes. Once that is done, there should have also been a cord that plugs into the USB on your computer, plug it in and then plug it into your computer. On the side pannel of the iTunes box, there will be a little picture of your iPod along with whatever you named it. Go into the LIBRARY and drag and drop songs onto the iPod picture and whatever you named it and wait for it to update.

Also, if I remember correctly, if the green and yellow buttons are flashing, it needs to be charged. You charge it but just plugging it into the same USB cable as you do to put music on it. It charges off your computer, so you do NOT need iTunes open for it. =)

i'd bypass with the iPod contact because of straightforward contact-exhibit screen navigation and a astounding length exhibit screen. The exhibit screen length is proper for taking area in videos on the bypass. The music sounds large by potential of the headphones, yet you could only use the headphones that come out of the field, no different headphones will fit. 8GB heavily isn't that a lot, yet in case you dont pick to apply distinctive memory, 8GB will be okay. in case you pick to get a more low priced iPod bypass with the classic, yet i do propose the contact.

get iTunes from:
http://www.apple.com/itunes/

Install it the software and launch the program. Attach the iPod to your USB port in your computer. Either buy some music from iTunes music store or convert the music on your CD's and put them in your iPod.

for more information go here: http://www.apple.com/itunes/sync/

have fun

IPods don't have green or yellow buttons. What are you talking about? I think you're confused.

from reading your almost incoherent question, I can see that you have more problems to deal with then figuring out how to put music on an ipod.
