Try download.com, they've got a bunch of stuff there, and most of it is free.

Other that the download sites, are you sure you want DirectX 2.0?!!?

I think DirectX is now at version 9b (downloadable at download.microsoft.com) and it's supposed to be backward-compatible with older programs.
