everyone has paracites and should do a colon cleanse at least once a year.Sounds gross but it's true !

Disgusting question, but it depends on what type of paracite you're talking about. Most people never know they have them, thank god. But there are exoctic species that you can actually see under your skin and in your eyes. Like I said, disgusting question.

Parasitic worms...? I'm not sure... um... but as for pinworms, you can definitely feel them. >_>
