Depending on your height depends on your ideal weight. I'm 5'3" and weigh 52kg which is normal but since you would be dropping almost half it should be done SLOWLY and through lifestyle change. As in what you eat how and how much you exercise. If you lose weight too fast it will be bad for health and you can get stretch marks. Best thing would be to join a gym or talk to your doctor and make a plan.

Of course!!! I dropped 65 kg. It takes some time and effort but she can do it.
She got options:
1.-By pass which I do not recomend because anyway she suffers and she must have a special diet
2.-Working out, lot of water and healthy food.
