Use aloe during the day, if it hurts, get the solarcaine (aloe and pain killer).
Soak in oatmeal baths (you can buy the packets at the drug store) to soothe it.

Plain Aloe. It is a jelly-like material. I've seen it in clear and green - not sure the difference. Put the bottle in the fridge, the coolness when you apply it will be very refreshing too. It will help keep all of the skin moistened which is important so it doesn't itch or hurt.
DON"T pick the peeling skin!!!
