Is this a serious question??????? How can you possibly think that. If it were the case, which it certainly is not, nearly the whole of the population would be HIV positive or have full blown AIDS. I suggest you look up the symptoms in a medical dictionary!!!!!!!

No. Freckles are areas of the skin where you have an increased amount of pigment and are either hereditary or caused by sun exposure. There is no outward sign that a person had aids. You can't tell just by looking at them. Whoever told you this was simply joking with you. Don't be so gullable!

NO. There are a lot of other symptoms that you could get and it can take even 10-15 years after exposure for hiv to develop into AIDS. Those are not one of the symptoms.
