Check your local dog pound also known as the city animal control facilities....they usually have kittens...'course, there's an adoption fee.
Check your local newspaper....and see if anyone's giving away kittens...

Try petfinder.org classified ad and buybelowcost.com classified ad.. I have a male stray cat about 2 years old living with us (he's very sweet and wants to be peted all the time) and I'm searching for good home for him. If you had lived in MI / IL area I could've shown you my cat.
PS: Now I'm beginning to think Lisa is just a little lonely kid trying to get attention. I got an A on psychology and worked with hotshot psychologist.. Contact me Lisa I may be able to put you on some experiment.

Go to www.craigslist.org and look under for sale you will see a category called free. See what they have. Also go to www.freecycle.org and they list free items every day. Just sign up for your area. Check the newspaper
