well, you need to describe your symptoms better. it could be anything from viral gastroenteritis to peritonitis. where exactly does it hurt? does it hurt all the time? what makes it better/worse?
yes, your liver can hurt. but that would be after years and years and years of drinking. how old are you?
your question is just a little too vague to answer properly. give us more details.
also, stop drinking heavily or drinking, period. you could get cirrhosis and are more likely to get Hep C.

Put your drink down for a second mellygirl! Yes, I know the liver is bad and must be punished, but it sounds like your liver is taking a thrashing.
Go see your doctor. If you get cirrhosis of the liver, you're gone. If you get liver cancer, you're gone. Livers don't grow on trees, if you need a transplant you'll be waiting a while. If your liver is giving you warning signals now, it's time to swap the cocktail for a mocktail.
And hey Gloria, Psoriasis is a skin condition, but I sure wouldn't want that on my liver either. ;)

Drinking won't help your liver, that's for sure. And yes, it can hurt. But there are so many things that could be causing the cramps that I wouldn't go narrowing it down to you liver just yet. See a doctor.

It could be a number of things but for drinking to be involved it would take a few years before your liver would be effected.
Of course that is on average.
See your doctor. It may be your stomach is finally telling you to stop putting that poison in it or something worse.
Do not wait.

Yes it is possible it is your liver, or your kidneys, or your gall bladder, or your pancreas. Go to the doctor immediately, they can verify any of the above by location of the pain and a few simple blood tests.
Take care.

Yes. It's possible that you may not only be hurting your liver you may be killing your liver, in turn killing yourself. Psoriasis of the liver is commonly caused by drinking too much. That is a terrible way to die. Please seek help.
